Selected Projects

A collection of work we're genuinely proud of - homes that breathe, heritage spaces given new life, and designs that actually work for the people living in them. Each one's got its own story.

Capilano Ridge Residence
Residential Design

Capilano Ridge Residence

This one sits right on the edge of the forest, so we kept things simple - lots of glass to bring the trees inside, locally-sourced cedar that'll age beautifully, and a passive heating system that actually cut their energy bills in half.

North Vancouver, BC

Gastown Heritage Conversion
Heritage Restoration

Gastown Heritage Conversion

Converted an 1889 warehouse into residential lofts without losing its soul. Kept the original brick, refinished those massive timber beams, and added modern insulation behind period-appropriate details. The heritage committee actually smiled at us.

Gastown, Vancouver

Dunbar Net-Zero Home
Sustainable Architecture

Dunbar Net-Zero Home

Our first certified net-zero project and honestly, it was a learning curve. Solar panels integrated into the roofline, triple-glazed everything, and a geothermal system that works like a charm. The owners haven't paid a heating bill since 2023.

Dunbar, Vancouver

Kitsilano Beach House
Residential Design

Kitsilano Beach House

When you've got views like this, you don't mess around with unnecessary walls. Open-plan living that flows onto a sheltered deck, salt-resistant materials throughout, and storage solutions hidden everywhere because beach life means lots of gear.

Kitsilano, Vancouver

Main Street Adaptive Reuse
Heritage Restoration

Main Street Adaptive Reuse

Took a crumbling 1920s commercial building and turned it into mixed-use space with retail below and studios above. Preserved the original storefront, added modern accessibility without it looking tacked-on, and improved energy efficiency by like 70%.

Mount Pleasant, Vancouver

Whistler Mountain Retreat
Residential Design

Whistler Mountain Retreat

Built to handle serious snow loads while keeping that cozy cabin vibe. Used reclaimed Douglas fir for basically everything, a wood-burning stove that heats the whole place, and positioned it to catch winter sun without melting your face off in summer.

Whistler, BC

Yaletown Loft Renovation
Interior Space Planning

Yaletown Loft Renovation

Gutted a dated '90s loft and reimagined the whole flow. Custom millwork that hides all the stuff modern life requires, a kitchen that's actually pleasant to cook in, and lighting design that adapts from work-mode to chill-mode seamlessly.

Yaletown, Vancouver

Strathcona Eco-Retrofit
Sustainable Architecture

Strathcona Eco-Retrofit

Proved you don't need a teardown to go green. Added serious insulation, swapped windows, installed rainwater collection for the garden, and upgraded to a heat pump. The character stayed, the carbon footprint dropped dramatically.

Strathcona, Vancouver

Kerrisdale Chapel Residence
Heritage Restoration

Kerrisdale Chapel Residence

Converting a 1912 chapel into a family home was wild. Kept the vaulted ceiling and stained glass, tucked bedrooms into what was the vestry, and somehow made it feel homey without losing that sense of space and light. Client cried when they saw it finished.

Kerrisdale, Vancouver

Fairview Laneway House
Residential Design

Fairview Laneway House

Maxed out every inch of the city's laneway regulations without making it feel cramped. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, and a tiny courtyard that gets morning sun. Rental income for the owners, affordable housing for the city - everybody wins.

Fairview, Vancouver

Commercial Drive Live-Work Studio
Interior Space Planning

Commercial Drive Live-Work Studio

For an artist who needed proper studio space at home. North-facing skylights for consistent light, concrete floors that can take a beating, and a flexible partition system so the space works for both creating and living without compromise.

Commercial Drive, Vancouver

West Vancouver Passive House
Sustainable Architecture

West Vancouver Passive House

Full Passive House certification on a hillside lot with ocean views. Super-insulated envelope, heat recovery ventilation, and strategic glazing placement. It's basically a thermos with really nice views, and the heating costs are laughably low.

West Vancouver, BC
